Market Fair part one!

Yesterday we went to Mrs. Hammond's room and shopped at her Market Fair. The kids had a blast being consumers!

As for our Market Fair, it will be on Friday. The kids are getting things in order for their businesses.

Monday, Shelley Wammes, of the Coffe Cup, came to speak with the kids about opening a business. They really enjoyed hearing all about The Coffee Cup. I learned a bit about it too! Did you know that they don't throw away old food or wasted food from customers? They composte it! They have also used denim in the walls for insulation! The Coffee Cup is the first "Green" restaurant in the state of Ohio.
