Today we made applesauce. It was a great time! Each student got to core, peel and slice two apples that they brought in.
Step 1: Coreing, peeling, and slicing the apples.
It was so cool how this nifty little device did all of the work!
Step 2: dumping the apples into the roaster. Step 3: Then we added a cup of sugar and some cinnamon.
Step 4: Mashing the apples after they have baked for awhile!
Step 5: Eating the delicious (chunky) applesause.
A delicious delicacy!
