The Bank and more community workers

On Tuesday, we walked to 5/3rd bank and took a tour. Mr. Ball showed us the vault, the atm machine and how the drive up windows work. The kids were really amazed! Of course, they wanted to know where the money was!

The backside of the ATM machine.
Looking out the window.
We also had some more community workers come and tell us about their jobs.
Kristine Cook from the Bellefontaine Examiner talked to the kids about journalism.
And they each got a copy of the Examiner.
Matt Hull from Thomas & Marker Construction talked to the kids about construction and each kid got a ruler!
Detective Brugler from the Logan County Sheriff's office, talked to the kids about his job and about how he broke his arm.
Optometrist, Dr. Gamble talked to the kids about their eyes and about his job.
He also show them some cool optical illusion tricks!
Our field trip downtown was cancelled due to rain, but we are hoping to go on April 9th. I hope you all have a great spring break!
